one leg position

It's actually called Vyompada. I think it means.. Oops we only got one leg up on my shoulder. Does that matter.. ???

It would matter to me.. I'm not into doing the splits.. but anyways..
I'd try it once at least.

I went to the airport.. all went fairly well.. We were fortunate that my daughter got there just before a crowd of Asians..She was the first in line.

She got to Toronto just fine.. then had to take a bus to the other terminal to catch her connecting flight. A little old lady had a cart and said.."Get in...Quick.. Let's go", so my duaghter did just that.. Then she went through customs..then she "booked it" .. (ran, I take it) down to the gate she was supposed to be at..Apparently, the plane wasn't going to leave for another half an hour, so she had time to rest and drink some water.
She got to her final destination in the states, the people met her like they said they would, and now she's happily staying there...complete with all her luggage.
My daughter was born under a lucky star. Things just work out for her..I'm glad

I made it home after a stressful shopping trip to Ikea for their half price sale..All of Calgary was there, I'm sure...(not really)

Is there anything left at Ikea? Maybe there is no point in my going there. Perhaps I will just stay home and save my money. LOL

Good to hear that your No 1 daughter is safe and sound.

Are you sure Vyompada doesn't mean "That hurts!" in some language?

Linds ... why don't we try it with two legs first, then with just one afterwards?

I had to chuckle with this post of yours. I was at the airport yesterday, flying FROM Toronto to Edmonton and I'm sure I must have seen the same group of Asians. They were everywhere, at both airports. Brought to mind every cliche I could think of, which isn't very fair since they are probibly very nice people. Hope she has a great trip either way.

It looks harmless ... but having never experimented much in different positions, I wouldn't want to risk hurting someone. Maybe it needs to be done like in slow motion, just in case!
