This has been circulating in the news the last few weeks...At job interviews, Employers are asking for your FACEBOOK LOGIN... so they can view your page to see into your background.
They have you log into your account on their company computer, so they can....pretty much STALK and look into your life. Or.. COYLY have you add someone (Who is in the H.R. department) to your friend list, so they can snoop on your words. SUPRISINGLY, there are people that say "Its ok, companies NEED to conduct background checks"
Personally, I view this as a HUGE invasion of privacy. Let alone, another way to weed out people for jobs. NO- I have nothing to hide... my friends have young kids, and I wouldnt want to teach them bad things.... BUT. I don't see how reading blogs, foto comments, and affliliations you have, have any business in a interview.
What If I was a Chicago Bears fan- and the H.R. department was full of Packer Fans? What if I was in a Jewish organization, and members of the H.R. department did not like Jews?What about the picture of me at a METALLICA concert, and the member of the H.R. department personally hates Heavy Metal Music?
This SHOULD be seen as a "no no" to companies. Also could be the start of a WAVE of lawsuits.(I was passed over because of my Religious interests, or because Im a justin Biebler fan!)

and have been sucked into the show about the lives of a small group of survivors living after the Zombie Apocalypse. As one of the fans, we have witnessed, betrayal,sadness, love, sex, and humanity, in the first 2 seasons.. all while avoiding having your flesh eaten by zombies. Are there W.D. fans out here? I know one of the POSITIVES of blogging semi-regularly on here is being noticed. I log on, go straight to the blog and see the comments to the comments I've left on other blogs.
Maybe get lucky and have 1-2 comments on my OWN blog. But my eyes trailed to the far left and saw the "whos viewed me list". I see NICE sets of breasts and an Ass shot, few with nice smiles and some who I glanced at their blog in passing...
...Then I see people without blogs, VISITING my profile AND blog 2-3 days in a row, and yet remain silent.

Does this make you happy spring time is here? Remember few months ago you were strapping on your winter boots and shoveling snow? Clearing your windows as you wait for it to warm up?
Watching the wiper blades go back and forth, clearing the snow from the windshield...
All that's left of winter is my winter boots still behind the front door, and one of my winter gloves shoved inside my left boot. This foto reminds me of what i look forward to as the winter keeps me inside because there are so many people that buy SUV's and don't know how to drive, but doesn't stop them from putting the foot to the floor, and caution to the wind.
This photo keeps me motivated to lose weight this year. Take walks along the lakefront. Sit out at night and enjoy the cool night air.

Whats more important to you: being real (which DOES mean saying things that have a negative tone to them),

I am a ADVOCATE of smartness, or Smartass. Its part of my character, online and offline. How can you like my outspokenness, But not what i say?..

Is it possible for TWO people that have been friends for a very long time to have a long term F.W.B relationship without it becoming more?
Do you think that at some point one of the people would start emotionally crossing that line? What would you do in that instance as either person?
PERSONALLY, ive notice it seems as one starts to develop feelings, the other one is like, "hey what are you doing?!" I started out as saying, I wanna be MONOGAMOUS.. (a bad word on here apparently)
What if your FWB said "Hey I have feelings for you OUTSIDE of the bedroom …how would you react?
