Fibers are good!

Today I walked about 8km or so. I was exhausted and slept 3.5hours after work. I am not even sure why I was so tired.


The nice thing about fibers if you are trying to lose weight is that they fill you up whithout increasing the ammount of calories you eat. I find they are great in breakfasts to get your day started and fill you up till luch.
