Dont eat after 7PM!

Today I walked to the gym (3.2km), had an hour and half weight workout and walked back. Another good fitness day!

Don't eat after 7PM!

Yeah, I know, you've heard it before, but it's so important I must mention it. If you are making hard efforts to loose weight, eating after supper in the evening is just negating all your efforts. Your body will store all the energy you eat that you don't burn!

If you are too hungry to sleep, just have something very light to kill the hunger long enough to fall asleep. Like a low fat yogourt. Or a small bowl of cereal. Something realy light.
