Got 'em!

I just got home from the dentist. Most people wouldn't be in a very good mood right now, but I'm excited! You see, today was my appointment for my first set of Invisaline trays! (See What would you change?) They feel a bit weird, but not bad! I have to wear this set of trays for two weeks, then move on to a new set. I can't wait to see the results when I'm done with the last set of trays!!!! It'll take about a year before I'm done, but the way time flies by these days...

The only time these trays are supposed to be taken off is when I'm eating or brushing my teeth. Know what that means? No more snacking for me! Yep, this dental treatment is like an automatic diet!

I'm going outside to enjoy the rest of this beautiful afternoon!

are those the trays you use to bleach your teeth whiter? I used those before they worked great - LOL the hardest thing was giving up wine, coffee and tea for like 10 weeks - wow that was tough
I don't think these trays are exactly the same. These trays are actually moving my teeth - slowly! However, they do offer the whitening stuff as an addition to straightening teeth.

I am only supposed to drink water while wearing these, and I'm only supposed to take them out while I am eating or brushing. That means no more of lots of stuff for me - coffee, snacks, cigarettes... Be thankful you're on the other side of the continent right now - I may have a bitchy few days heading my way!

Good luck...you thought about taking before and after pics? For your own benefit I mean, not the blog.

Actually, the dentist is doing all of that. He said he'd send me the pics. I don't really expect anyone to notice the difference, but they might. It'll be interesting to see!
