It really sucked...

Yesterday I offered to help out a friend and do some work for her.As she has helped me in the past so I felt it was the right thing to do. So she picks me up, we go to work. I told her to come get me when she was ready for lunch, her response to me was " Ya know what Kandy, right now I just could care less". I almost fell out.Something pissed her off and she took it out on me .She leaves right after lunch. Only she did not tell me she was leaving and just took off. Ok here I am stuck here with no way home and no one near to come get me. Finally another lady there offered to give me a ride. What a very nice person.
Now yes I was a little pissed off as I was stuck until 6 pm last night. But this person was my best friend. I guess this is how some people feel the need to treat people. I have not said anything to my so-called friend yet because had I of said something last night I would have shown her my temper! She has yet to call and at least say she was sorry.I doubt she will and this will surly put distance in our friendship.
But today is another day.

! If I were a crayon, I'd most likely be jammed up some kids nose.

"Turn the other cheek," she might have just had a bad day....and yes took it out on you, but that is what friends are fore. You can prove a freind to her but smiling and asking if you can help....and say nothing...see how she reacts to that?

If she's anything less than your best friend, I'd say screw me (woops, I mean "it") and forget about about the person. If she really is your best friend though, you should confront her about it and ask what was going on back there.

At least make an attempt to fix it if you believe she's still worth your time. If not... well, the answer's simple.

I think you said it right, that she "was" your best friend. Friends DON'T do shit like that to you! If they do, it's damn sure time to find some new friends!! And, if she doesn't like it, you should tell her, "Ya know what? I could care less!" Some people need a taste of thier own medicine just to see the light! You can only turn the other cheek 4 times Kandy, then you're out of cheeks! Stand your ground! Screw her!

Well her bad day has been going on for sometime now.So how many more would she need?

Now last night I told her...How would she feel if I did that to her? Her response was " I would be pissed off" Ok now she knows how I feel. I do not deal well with drama from anyone! Or this kinda crap

It's good that you didn't lose your temper with her. But you do need to talk about it with her, soon. Saying something in the heat of the moment can do more even more damage. Looks like you're still the nice girl, after all. And next time you need a ride home, call me.
