Recombinant BFD

The ideas passed on through a family line have far more effect than any sort of so called "DNA".

That reminds that I need to go shopping for new shoes.

This bit of way-too-serious thought meandering was brought about by having to fill out a stupid form at the eye Dr. whick asked you to check the boxes havng the diseases that hve occurred in my family.

I thought it was acinine because if I really think over the expanse of the family tree that I know of, (which is but a tiny smidege of the whole picture) If I had to get named I coould maybe get about 250.

I am certain that somebody in my larger extened family has gotten each and every one of those diseases. But it would be plain brainlessness to then say that all of those diseases "ran in the family"

Which I am presuming was the intent of the form.

Anyway to much seriousity, not enough fun, silly , happy horny stuff!

Hi Amber,

It's certainly a not usual day when you comment in my blog so welcome and I hope that this is not just some freak, chance occurace of you dropping by. But if it is that's cool as well because i am a big fan of freak, chance occurences.

DNA is quite the convenient scape goat isn't it? if you don't like waht nature appears to have given you just blame DNA. It won't argue back at you either.

I think DNA is too often seen as purely a causative phenomenon. It's broader implications and primary existence as a direct effect of the mind itself are necessary to even begin to grasp it's true nature.

Current scientific models are looking at it backwards in that regard. Much similar to the popularly held misconception that the mind is merely a by-product of the brain when in fact the reverse is actually the case.

And yet many modern scientists still continue on with their heads straight up their collective poop chutes. But when wasn't that actually the case?

The most important pieces that make up each and every one of us,,the parts that make up the person we really are,, are learned from those around us or taught from within us,,not given to us at birth or any time before...

It's a bit of everything. I think social conditioning from family/friends/environment are more powerful than DNA.

I don't know how DNA or other factors explain why I'm such a horny thing!!! LOL!

Whisper...

Yes, that's exactly what I had in mimd. Medical researchers could more quickly get to the essence and nature of most disease type phenomonon by first researching the primarily held used thoughts and attidudes of those who suffer from a specific ailment. For some odd reason both Bob Marley and George Harrison come to mind. (for a specific type of cell overgrowth)

If an organ or some other body part is sacrificed as a means of removing the affected tissue and the source attitudes and beliefs still remain active in the individual yet another portion of the body will soon become similarly affected and debilited.

The hearing of this type of news may in itself amplify those source thoughts and attitudes which are indeed sparking the whole thing to begin with.

And in the mere naming and describing of new diseases man continues to invent new ones which had not actually been there at all before he imagined their existence. And such is the true creative (and sometimes self deceptive) nature of our own minds. For there eally is no divsion whatsoever between creator and creation itself.

So in that regard it is indeed all of us painted on the ceiling of the sistine chapel (not adam) reaching out to grasp our own (the big G-word guys) hand. Blasphemy some might say but I think it's blaspemy to see it the old traditional way.

pS. Medical science would also do much better to study HEALTHY peoples thoughts and beliefs than those of the physically ill.

Diseases don't really run in the family but ideas definitely do!
