An Astounding Feat of Pure, Undiluted Procrastination

An update here on my recent minimalistic treatment of this blog.

Yes, one work weeks worth (say that one three times fast) of days later from my last entry I continue to find myself at this idiotic impasse for getting my ominously impending postings posted.

I suspect it could simply be the contrived, non-spontanaeity of it all that is the big constipatory plug-up here. That's at least my current running theory.

(the runner up theory is that I'm simply a straight up, lazy assed flunkie)

This here post is post #99. This, in effect, throws the others waiting on deck to the procrastinatory wayside and now serves to fully prioritize the celebratory (not celibatory, although there is a fair share of relevance to that term here) post #100. So I now place square upon my "workbench of the imagination" this much dreaded self fullfilling prophecy. This bloggers equivalent of a gargantuan, out of control behemoth monster (my 100th).

Or that's at least how I've been mentally conceiving of it lately. My own petty fears about this entity are surely a further contributing factor in the overall procrastination scenario.

I now promise to fully cease usage of any form of the term 'procrastinate'. But I will not necesarily cease doing what the term defines.

And the one completely irrelevant thought which simply cannot escape my mind today is.......

American cheese really is not cheese at all. It's actually something more similar to a petroleum by-product.

I will now lock myself in my chambers until the 100th is fully executed.

with the other delayed, "on deck" posts to immediately follow.

Nice X-files type text treament. The letters hang spookily-yet-subtly in the blackness of the underlying cell.

Also, clever prep work for your 100th. You've cleared the decks for it in a very satisfactory way while gently requiring the reader's understanding that this post could be some time in coming.

I suppose the downside is that it sets the bar for a bit higher. No pressure though.

I agree with the point about cheese. It was a dark day indeed when someone in some benighted marketing department someplace decided that the combination of the words "cheese" and "whiz" would be felicitous. Or was it "cheeze"?? Those bastards.

Oddly enough though, also Yanqui Cheese might well be closer in constituency to petroleum products, there are some properties not shared with that family. For example, I believe that Kraft cheeses and cheese-in-a-cans act very effectively as fire-retardants. They're not used as such because if they get to too high a temperature, they start to burn with an intense blue flame

So sorry for posting under my friends I.D. I hope that did not freak you out too much, I was taken by the moment and the fact that he broke in to my missing BLOG, I saw an old post you had left and was too excited to wait to log on under my own profile.
I do not know if you are aware of what happen to my entire BLOG and profile, it got deleted by the site. I have no idea why KC, but I do know that it really freaked me out the day I tried to log on. You can visit my new pretty bloggy whenever you like.

Hey (more than just) Kissable Kink!!!

I freaked out when I saw that your mail had mysteriously vanished from my box the other day and that your blog was nowhere to be found without any trace. I really thought you'd got abducted by aliens or that at least you had found the long lost "mucho man" of your ultimate dreams and left us all here without a chance to say a proper goodbye or wish you happily ever after.

So I'm just happy that you are back and that we did not lose you with no clue as to what happened. And now my mind boggles thinking that there still remains even the tiniest smidge of a chance that someday we still may truly achieve that pure and simple dream we once playfully shared of groping some museum statues together.

I was truly concerend but I'll now call this a quite happy ending of that particular chapter of the book of KINK.

I love the way your mind works - your word choices and writing style are so much fun and... I have a good appreciation for procrastinators!

Hope you have a lot of fun with your 100th post!!!

High Sweet HunyHole,

You know, after everytime I leave a comment that's in that general ballpark I always leave fearing in the back of my mind that someone is going to come burning on the warpath for me.

And often when I'm fearing that something really does come after me. One time I would not touch a certain email with a ten foot pole for about three weeks in mortal fear of it.

But what I've found is all that's ever followed me has been thanks and gratitude in any of those. It still does not stop me from fearing someone being on the warpath for me though. But so far so good.

and thanks for your thanks too

I have putting of responding here for days...
The 100th was not so bad. I missed it the first time and had to be reminded to do it. It took 10min, mostly grammer and syntax. It's amazing how much we can congele or condense things together to create this image of ourselves. We all contain the nobility of means to warrant 100 things. IF we are an individual of means, then what the heck are you doing here anyway lol.

I think my goal with it here, in the the way I've nearly created hype concerning it, has been to truly light some sort of tangible fire under my ass so that I would both do something with it like I've never done with any post before or anyone else has done.

It's now well in the works and I think that indeed I will at least equal if not surpass both of those marks that I set for myself.

it's not so much a standard list as it is a list which has evolved into a numbered series of connected paragraphs with associated links to boot. Plus some bonus (not bogus) "extras". But that's still not enough of a clue to spoil the surprise of it's full totality.

Now back the pleasure of slaving over my self created nightmare.

You're killin' me here!

Tiller, you know this much better than I but I worry not for your mortality as when one dies another always arises from the ashes of the old. And the real "Core Tiller" , despite any illusions of her death, demise or multitudinous schizophrenic splits, stands bravely indestructable beyond all eternities like the goddess which she truly is!

now back to the war.

Ok the rough draft of the monster is now complete and what is remaining to do is the fine shine and polish and the bonus bells, whistles and dessert-like embellishments. The proverbial icing on the cake.

I will also get to the freshly laid and neglectred comments left here quite soon but I am now off for a brief period of R&R before I get to the final assembly line.

You may hate the results I deliver but it's really something that I needed to get out of my system as I am already feeling cleansed of some old clogging baggage which has been loosened up and begun it's process of purging.
