This morning it was Cardio at the gym,15 min on the stepper followed by 15 min on the elyptcial followed by 15 min on the tread mill, with sets of different ab exersizes in-between.I had to start with some streaching this morning, my back was tight. I think my hip is out of alignment. any way, I'm trying to work my way back up to 30 min on each machine with out stopping shooting for a goal of a 10 min mile with the elyptical machine set on max tension and 8 min mile on the tread mill.
this program a do on tuesday's and Thursdays. I'm having to start it over because i was lazy over Dec & Jan and lost most all my gains.
