Tumbleweeds...or "Yes Johnny, her life IS that boring"

Yes folks, it's come to that time....the time when I have nothing left to say and all that's left to hear are crickets.

As I mentioned in a prior post, Why are you here?, if I have nothing going on in my private life, the only thing left would be my fascination with tumbleweeds.

So let me tell you what I know about them, and how they pertain to my life right now. Sigh.

"Tumbleweeds aren't considered as having any redeeming value except for the fact that they are interesting to watch as they tumble about." Judy Hedding

Yep, that would be me in manic mode. I am nothing if not a kick in the ass to watch.

"At maturity it breaks off at the base and because it is rounded, it tumbles in the wind." Judy Hedding (I bet she'd be so proud to know that most of her boring ass article was posted to a sex site)

That's me. Right about the time things start getting good in a relationship, I break it off so I can tumble around with no freakin purpose. I have fans that I must keep entertained, you know....tumble, tumble.

"There is a natural purpose to this tumbling--the tumbleweed can produce up to 250,000 seeds, and the tumbling serves to spread those seed wherever it tumbles, guaranteeing that there will be more tumbleweeds in the future." Judy Hedding

Apparently, my natural purpose in life is to spread entertainment, the joke that has become my life, and to guarantee that the craziness will continue into the future.

Damn, I'm such a catch.

I venture to guess that you are too harsh on yourself and imagine you give others more than just 'fleeting entertainment'.

What about the tumbleweed's ability to break free from its background and explore new environs?
