Bad Experiences

Sifting through many of the interesting blogs on this site, I've come across several (if not more) referring to bad experiences meeting people in person from here.

Questions:

1. Have you met someone in person from this site? If so, what compelled you and was it a worth while meeting?

2. For the women, with so many men stoning you with offers, what makes you interested in communicating with them further?

3. What was the length of time between meeting someone in blogs/e-mails to meeting them in real life?

4. Men, how many offers have you had to meet? Women, the same question?

Yes i have met a few men from this site, as well us attended get-togethers with other bloggers. As far as what compelled me to meet with the guys, i think it was about having similiar interests and some sort of connection.

2. For the women, with so many men stoning you with offers, what makes you interested in communicating with them further?

The fact that they took the time to write an email, not just a "call me, here is my number". Also, our reasons for being on this site had to be simiar and their had to be an attraction on some level. The guys I met from this site, I must say all turned out to be great, no bad experiences whatsoever.

3. What was the length of time between meeting someone in blogs/e-mails to meeting them in real life?

For me it was, approximately 2 weeks of im-ing each other.

I hope that you keep trying, I am sure there some great experiences down the pike.

3/ anything from a couple of days to a few months

4/ used to get lots of offers to meet. I get fewer now but thats because im a bossy cow & i scare people away lmao.

1) Yes, and he was a cowboy. Totally love the guy who isnt afraid to work! Yes, it was well worth meeting him.

2) Someone who thinks with his brain and not his dick

3) That depends on how comfortable I feel chatting with the person.

4) Tons - but I have only met with a select few. I have probably met 20 guys from this site. Not all of them ended up in my bed.

Yes only one man out of hundreds of emails. We exchanged emails and I was drawn to him due to his circumstances that I can't reveal here.
It was worth it certainly...don't want to wonder "what if".

2. For the women, with so many men stoning you with offers, what makes you interested in communicating with them further?

The whole package...emotional and financial stability, intelligence, wisdom, appealing look, good heart, integrity, etc. etc.

3. What was the length of time between meeting someone in blogs/e-mails to meeting them in real life?

With him 2 weeks of emails and calls.

4. Men, how many offers have you had to meet? Women, the same question?

Countless to recall from Uk, parts of USA, Canada. Within my neighbourhood to far away places...the eagerness was there...which was surprising.

Thank you, ladies! I feel the odds favor the women on this site. I'm glad that all of you have made connections, and that at least some of them were successful.

1. Have you met someone in person from this site? If so, what compelled you and was it a worth while meeting?
I have met several from this site, but I'm going to talk about one. I met him in the advice lines. I was first attracted to his picture and sent him an email. He emailed me back and then we chatted for about 10 mins on yahoo..then, we threw caution to the wind and talked on the phone for 2 hours. It was definitely worth meeting, and I couldn't have asked for more! He has become my best friend!!
2. For the women, with so many men stoning you with offers, what makes you interested in communicating with them further? I love a man that can challenge me mentally. If you can stimulate my mind first, then who knows where else it may lead.
3. What was the length of time between meeting someone in blogs/e-mails to meeting them in real life? We met online for the first time around midnight on Sunday...On Friday I was on a plane from NC to TX.
