Confusion of Psychology

It seems that my recent lectures on the use of the internet and psychology didn't reach some poeple as todays presentations on the topic we're poor to be polite. Assumptions that adult chatters are either perverts, pedophiles or generally over aggressive really got to me but somehow some of the groups had found such research to back up the claim.

Personally I would say most people on here are what many would say fairly normal. That's my own bais opinion I suppose.

ya know, the reason it seems there are alot of perves and agressives online is because they are more agressive so there are less of the people who are not agressive who even get counted in those opinions...

as far as pedofiles i think that is due to the fact that everytime one gets busted it's all over the tv (with good reason, we need to scare those fuckers off in my opinion)

then again i am a pervert so i fit into one of the catagorys so i should keep my mouth shut ** giggles **

bye

Well, yeah your right in the sense that pedophiles should be scared off the internet but a few bad apples should mark the crop now should it?

nah I was just explaining how people misunderstand... people who dont chat online misunderstand the types of people you come across online so they dont know what the real people are like since we tend to not admit to our interactions with real people to offline people... if we did the offline people would not understand how real some online friendships can be and so they would be a tad shocked to find out

I see, that makes alot of sense, I might need to bring that up in my next lecture. Thanks for the inspiration, I'll be sure to mention you!
