So...how to regulate your moods...
Step 1: steady job. never work in health, especially mental health! Working with these odd schedules and wierd hours from being open 24/7. Second thing, your unstable, helping really unstable people deal with their issues, which somehow, even in a controlled evironment are numerous!
Step 2: Steady life. Do not put too many kettles on the burners (literally and figuratively). Managing one kettle is enough to make one crazy, having multiples....insanity!!
Step 3: do not try to take others lives too much into your hands...you will find that trying to balance one life is difficult enough...taking the weight of many is "mission: impossible"
Step 4: outlets!!! Finding healthy outlets to work through your own stress...have multiple outlets just in case you cant use one of your main ones.
Step 5: do not self medicate...it complicates things. Alcohol, and other recreational drugs (even health supplements) can cause adverse effects that you may not be prepared for.
