First Impressions

Well today is another day, Its a typical Monday, I am on laptop computer doing some work thinking about the past week and the past weekend. My topic of today is first impressions and when It is very important. As a Professional Female and as a person in general first impressions is very important to me. Maybe to some other people its not but on my case it is extremely important. It tells a lot about you and your character as far as is the person actually real? or are they into major B/S. Of course on my other BLOGS I've written "A picture is worth a thousand words", However when you meet that person, I'm hoping that they are who and what they say they are as far as personalities. My past week have been very interesting. Let me give you a few of examples:
1. Was supposed to meet someone, he never showed up. I am a very understanding person. He did give me a really good explanation:" I was at the wrong restaurant". ((My thought was you should have called me)). So Because I was in a really good mood I gave this person the benefit of the doubt. The 2nd time happened ... Left a message, He never showed up. Well that says a lot about a person character. And First Impressions...
2. The second person I met was interesting we had a good time hanging out. I showed him Jacksonville, I was the tour guide. What can I say? Sometimes a person personality does switch at times. LOL. I cant really tell too much because he might read my BLOG. But all in all he was nice. And I will NEVER... and I mean NEVER FORGET THAT DAY.

On both of these situations... What can I say. Does a person really care about first impressions? I do. It tells me whether or not if I really want to deal or to see that person again.

Believe me..First impressions ALWAYS last!

It's best to be seen in your best light if possible. The trick is...there IS NO TRICK!! I find it best to just be myself.Personal hygiene is a must, other than that,it's best to see how it goes.

But your right,First impressions always win through in the end.

I couldnt agree more with you Foxxxy! And if your a person who has pretty good insight, you can tell within the first few minutes what kind of person your talking to/chatting with or exchanging e-amils with. I find though that face to face encounters are the only truly accurate way to get to know someone. So many times my typed words have been mis-interpreted. Its very difficult to transmit those subtle nuances in typed text. I know Ive missed out on some great relationships and others have missed out on knowing me because they've mis-understood my meanings when reading profiles and such. So my point is , Dont be too quick to catagorize someone based on thier profile. Unless of course its just painfully obvious that that person is not what your looking for.lol. Keep giving second chances! It might just pay off!
Warm regards to all reading this, Pat

Well, you never get another chance to make a good first impression. I know, because I constantly have had to resort to to second chances with everyone I meet!
