Playing with sweaty women

I was approached at work today about playing some indoor football on a co-ed team. This would seem to be a most excellent way to go out and meet the opposite sex, but my results in the past have been disappoining to say the least.

Women don't hug and kiss other players when goals are scored the way the guys on men's teams do. I always wanted to be at the bottom of a co-ed dog pile when I scored - never happened. Not even for a winning goal.

Very rarely do the co-ed teams go out after a game and get totally pissed together. Get the ladies drunk and who knows what can happen. I have gone out too many times after games with men's teams and gotten into too much trouble. Some of that trouble would be fun with a co-ed team.

Sweaty, athletic women are an incredible turn on to me. However, soccer shirts are not see- through when soaked with sweat, and, contrary to rumor, most women do not peel off their shirts when they score, a la Brandy Chastain. Ironically guys do peel off their shirts when they score.

So indoor football seems to promote a monkish existence more than it provides a creative opportunity to meet women. Or you get to meet women --- and their husbands. The husbands don't usually appreciate their wives going off drinking with a guy with an accent.

Oh, do it anyway.
And have a look at the photo that accompanies Victory Is Mine!
That was such a big deal when it happened.
These days, we start out looking like that

I got to go to the final in the Rose Bowl. It was brilliant fun. I also got to meet Brandy Chastain in Portland several years ago and she is a real sweetheart.
