How to hurt another

Welcome to this very special blog on how easy it is to hurt others...

Of course there is the physical hurt which you can inflict on others, that's easy althought you could get your arse kicked and receive what you intended giving in the first place.

Now the lasting hurt is the emotional hurt. Someone can say a hurtful word and you take it personally and you believe it, take it to heart and you allow it to overwhelm you with the 'wrong, limiting stuff'

You are a beautiful person, BELIEVE IT, PRACTISE IT and you will shine from deep within. Others will see your energy and feel your power. You will realise how special you are and because you BELIEVE IT and PRACTISE IT others will be attracted to this and you will not easily be hurt.

When someone tries to hurt you know this... They can only do this if you let them.

An excellent response is, "Thank-you" it never fails to snuff out the other persons negative intention. The more they persist, the more you thank them for giving you their attention.

Taken from my blog entry:

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than facts.
It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.
It will make or break a company...a church...a home.
The remarkable thing is, we have a choice every day, regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.
We cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.
I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you...we are in charge of our attitudes.

I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you...we are in charge of our attitudes.Isn't that so true!!!

So we have a choice.
