So what have I been?

Ok I know I haven't posted or done much commenting in the last couple of days. With good reason too. Well not really.
Just been really busy at work. Especially since its getting HOT again here. Not as HOT as it was several weeks ago.
Anyway, my AdultFriendFinder expired again. Of course I can still blog and comment. Did some catching up this morning before work at 4:30am.
In the meantime, while I have been working also been doing a lot of thinking.
Considering its my Birthday this coming Sunday. I will be heading east to visit family for a home cooked meal. When I return I have a 3 day vacation that I will just do ME time.
So my 37th year of life, and looking back how its gone so far. I am happy that I am making changes. I signed up for college, just taking one class for now. Also signed up for Yoga, and I am kinda of nervous. Don't know why, but I have been told of the benefits and will take advantage. Monday I will go join a gym and start slowly. I already have strong legs, from work. I do a lot of walking for work. I just have to work on my upper body and get rid of this stupid GUT. I know, I know lay off the beers for now. I love beer, especially BASS. Of course, its not necessary to drink so I can survive without.
So these are some of the things I am doing to improve on myself and gain that convinence I so need.
Well Happy Almost Friday to you All.
P.S. Don't Forget on Aug 27th Mars can be visible with a telescope. This will be cool, since also it won't happen again for another 50,000 years.

Carpe Diem

I think it sounds like you are taking some steps just for you....which is great! And a home cooked meal for your birthday sounds good too! Happy Birthday on Sunday! I'll try to stop back on your day and wish you a happy one!

Positive steps, all. Just don't forget to have some fun. Life's short and you never know what's around the corner, so enjoy what you can while you can. Have fun on the trip!

Sounds like you not only have been busy with work, but have a lot going on in your mind!
~~ The tattoo thing, for example! I've got one! I'd had it on my mind for years. Finally made the move after some very life changing events in my life. It means a lot to me!

~~ I don't watch many blogs, but yours will be one of them now. I'm not a blogger, persay. I write in mine to vent. I hope you don't mind.

Hey honey! It all sounds good right now. Enjoy your birthday to the fullest. If you do something that is totally against the grain, or the diet, it's all good. Just pick up where you left off the next day! Let me know how the yoga goes. I've never been and am curious about it and if it really does any good. Can't wait to see the tat!!! Don't have any yet myself, but I'm thinking about it. Have a great birthday weekend!!!!!

Time for just yourself is very important...
just as time and energy that you are learning to give
to yourself in other ways is critically important to you.
and if you don't take care of you, you will not be able to
be there fully to take care of or do life with others in ways
that would give both of you pleasure and joy. why not go for
the gold? support your good health and ability to live life full out feeling and looking better than ever in every way. you are worth the time and you are worth the energy...applauding you and celebrating your birth this month! {=}

Just a little food for thought.............
If you really want to be happy, nobody can stop you...
