Got to wondering and...

thou I have been working out at the gym a lot lately. Loving loving the burn. Of course I am feeling sore. Not complaining, just doing the no pain,no gain.

Now I have just started doing the regiment of working out and doing it for muscles and weight lost. Quite a program I have to follow, and man its hard to keep following with it everyday. But I shall prevail.

I get up at 3am, and go for a run on the tracks at the local school. (don't worry i got permission). Then I come home do crunches and pushups. Then breakfast, fruits, fiber, and power juices. And what have you. Then shower and off to work. During the day, fruits, nuts, tuna sandwich for lunch.
After work, go to the local gym and do my work outs. Usual consists of one hour to two hours a day. Everyday its different for different parts of the body. I sure do have my work cut out for me. The a mean dinner of protein and veggies.
Now I do eat 6 small meals a day, and lots of water.

While am I doing all this for myself, and I am. Not doing it for anyone else. I just need to improve my over all health and piece of mind. Then I just got to thinking how will others react?

I am sure a lot of people will be like happy for me, and those who are wink winking at me. That would be an added bonus only.
However, I wonder how others will perceive my change? Are they going to roll there eyes and go why are you doing this? You are not being yourself, and so on and so on. I can't think of all the things people will say.

Of course everyone is different, and I will never judge them on there appearence alone, but I do hear that occasional preference of only looking for athelic types and so forth. Now I feel like I am babbling again.

My question is this! What is your preference in looking for someone? Do you not care, or do you? Do you judge by the cover of the book or do you prefer to seek whats inside?

Of course most of you are just here to blog cause you have found that someone you share your life with and have awesome sex. I am not one to care what you look like, as long as you have a great personality, and kinky mind, and sense of humor. Well then its all good!!

Added note : I get totally aroused after a good workout!!!

Carpe Diem

As Maslow says 'Be free of the good or bad opinion of others'
The Bard 'to thine own self be true'

I think there is something in the visuals. When looking for a mate. We tend to like someone who enhances us. A match, someone that doesn't look odd with us. I think what that is is different for everyone. Some it's height, colour, hair, weight the list goes on. As I get older I realise that you can't judge a book by it's cover. I also realise that what is inside is usually reflected outside. There is nothing sexier than someone who is confident and loves themselves however they are.
More power to you....health is always good!!

I really think thats it. Being confident and love yourself is really the key. Appearance is just a cover.

Well I think it is important for that someone to be happy with who they are...if that means they work out everyday then cool...whatever works for them

'sides it takes more than a great body to get my attention...

I try to never judge someone on looks alone, but i will admit there has to be some sort of physical attraction. I can usually find something attractive about each person i meet, wether it be the eyes ,the smile or the sense of humor. Without a doubt whats inside will always be there and sadly looks fade, so the inside is what counts. Cliche' you say? LOL ,so be it! Oh, and i always get aroused after a good workout too!!

The outside is just a shell that protects what is inside. The shell can change at anytime for the better or worst. The inside usually stays true to one self.

People might notice a change in your physical appearance but also a change in you as you become what you desire. Success is a wonderful feeling.

Success in just being yourself is award enough.

Yeah I do have something to say.

All this crap about it all being about how good a person you are WA WA WA WA WA....BULLSHIT the only way to be truly happy in this life and have people love you is to have the perfect body and a semi decent face. If the whole "its the person inside" crap were true, I wouldn't be the lonely loser piece of shit that I am.

(thank you for allowing me that D)

Speak your mind, and btw your not a looser. You just haven't found the right man that will love you for you.

6 pack abs are all good and well but I find that most men with a little "6 pack protection" seem to have the best personalities and THAT is what I find attractive........BUT...I am not saying that making yourself feel better is a bad thing either...it is all in what makes YOU happy!

Laugh lines is what I notice first; if they have laugh lines, I'm almost definitely going to like them! Oh, and if they can 'put up' with MY sense of humor, I'm going to like them even more!! Sure, in a mate I'm looking for compatible sex drive and some other things...but if they don't have the first part here then I'm probably not going to get along with them enough to even be friends, much less anything else.
