1 cup skim milk
1/2 frozen banana, chopped
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, chopped
1 date or fig, chopped
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 tablespoon instant nonfat dry milk
Pinch of ground cinnamon
This is a breakfast I fix for myself a couple of times a week other than the normal bagel, or eggs I do. Being that I get up at 4am every morning, I have plenty of time to gix breakfast consideing I live alone. However I like making it quick and easy.
So try this one for size and let me know if you like it?
