20 miles run since 1st July.


Last night I ran 3.4 miles.
This morning I ran 1.7 miles before breakfast.
Total mileage since the start of this blog: 20.4

Unfortunately, my wrists still ache too much for me to do any weight lifting exercises, but I think my body has adapted enough for me to start running on a regular basis again.

I've been eating like crap for the past few days. Two whole packs of Maryland Cookies in one sitting, for instance. It's probably negating all the weight loss benefits of my workouts. But at least my fitness levels are improving.
