Why? Why? Why?

I don't have a "What Not" winner today (yay!) and I've spent my time this evening reading some really nice emails.

I do have something to say about an issue that is bugging me. Sorry, there is no shutting me up. I'm an Aries. LOL

We all fill out our profiles for a reason, right? And the reason is to help us find people we could possibly be compatible with. That's pretty easy to understand, isn't it? I realize that this system isn't foolproof, but it's a good start.

Now why, oh, why do I keep getting emails that start with, "I know I don't fit your criteria, but..."? LOL

On the occasion when I reply to someone that has specifically requested a "yea" or "nay" (with my "nay"), nine times out of ten I'll get some sort of argumentative response. My feeling is that my choice is not up for debate.

Y'know, I'm approaching forty and if I don't know what I like or what I want at this stage in my life, I am in serious trouble.

Happy Humpday, everyone! Here's to humping! (Now I sound like a "What Not" winner. LOL )

Aries people of the world unite!

As for fighting for what one wants, it's helpful if the person someone is fighting for is remotely interested. LOL

DC,
Congratulations on getting some nice e-mails to the exclusion of the lame ones. And yes, it is frustrating to be sure when your profile, that you meticulously prepared is ignored simply because you have a picture up.
And yeah, relationships are two sided... fighting for someone only really works if the someone wants to be fought for. Or can be convinced that they want to be fought for. lol... But No ultimately does mean no.
