I want telling off.

I used to go the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Then my Suzy got ill and looking after her had me exhausted all the time. So I stopped going.

Before I used to go the gym, I had my own multi-gym in the bedroom, but Suzy made me put it in the shed. She said it belonged there and not in the house.

It stayed in the shed until today. It was covered in spiders webs and I had to dismantle it and put it back together to get it back in the house.

I have now put it in my living room and can't wait for tomorrow to start using it again. I have greased and oiled it all and given it a good clean.

I know Suzy won't mind. I feel that she is looking down on me and smiling. She can't tell me off any more but I would give my own life just to have her tell me off one more time.

I love working out, i really miss it at weekends. I need time off from it though dont i.

Im so pleased i joined this health club as they are all fantastic people there & my trainer is amazing.

Never known a person to be as fit as him either.

He is my inspiration too as he had knee troubles...he pushed himself in SAS training (a course in the desert years ago) & ended up in a wheelchair. He then coached himself back to fitness.

I listen & learn from him greatly...even little things like how to use the cross trainer correctly to lessen impact & muscle fatigue.

Small tips make a huge difference to helping me prevent my knee collapsing & locking.

Im 100% better since i joined there on April 1st. Yet 18 months of NHS physio had me crippled with pain. I will stick with my Jamie.

Im off walking again this afternoon. How cool is that when i couldnt even walk around tesco with my knee locking 4 months ago.

I'm sure she'll be happy you're keeping in shape and looking after yourself. Go easy!

Sounds like you have a good trainer there Phoe.

Don't mention the NHS to me, it's a mute point.

I prefer the walks around ASDA my self. It's a longer course.lol

Got back on my multi-today, so no doubt I will feel stiff tomorrow.

No that that sort of stiff. pmsl

Thanks for your kind comments Darkpassion. Don't worry I have to go easy now at my age. I won't be pushing myself too hard. Not just yet anyway lol.

Hi Kat,

Good to see you girl. So if a large, glass, photo, frame smashes down on my head as I am working out it may be a love message from Suzy ??? Very interesting thought. lol.
If it happens you will be the first to know.
