Nowhere to hide

So another round of accusation sweeps around Blogville.

Fingers point, people leave, people get upset and angry. I don't know who is right and who is wrong, and although its a very very serious issue, Blogville is probably a different place today.

In the last couple of months, Blogville has been a good place to go and I have told its residents a few secrets over the months.

And that was a comfort to me, because although it was a cyber audience, I believed the people were real. I'm naive as to believe that the people are like their on screen personas, but still...

So it was, for me, a good place to hide, from real life, from my own inadequacies and in some ways to be both person I am and the person I would like to be.

I don't think there is anywhere to hide here any more

Do people actually ever leave this site or do they just invent a new profile and a new persona???

Bye everyone, it was a blast

Bit of a bummer what has happened, but I guess we just have to forget about it, and get on with life. I'm not going to lose too much sleep over it all - life is way too short for that!!

Just don't stop blogging, okay??!

I'm only just figuring out what has happened this time ... I thought it was a joke at first. Call me an innocent ...

*sigh* you'll find fakes and frauds everywhere you go, I guess. No point in letting them drag you down or stop you doing what you want to do. If blogging helps - as it does for me and so many others - keep right on doing it.
