Paying For It Later!

OMG! Am I ever gonna pay for this! I mean my back is gonna ache somethinh fierce! I should know better then to try & move heavy stuff. I don't know what gets into me, why I do this to myself, I really don't.

I need more more, since I've been getting back into my crafts. I made the spare bedroom into my craft room, but it is a small room & sort of a catch all room for everything else, also. So today, I moved out the armoir & small shelfing unit, in exchance for 3 other shelfing systems. This meant moving my desk along with everything else. I still have to find a resting place for the armoir.. hope my aching back holds up!

I think I'll go relax in a hot bubble bath, but dam... I could use a good massage! I've always had trouble with my lower back, tail bone area... ever since I fell on the stairs & hit it! Ouch!!! It even hurts just thinking about it.

Tried and true remedy for backaches.

Start at base of neck with thumbs towards backbone and hands spread across shoulders.... Rub hands in slow, circular motion, sensing when muscles start to loosen......Move hands slowly down, first one hand, then the other a few inches, feeling for the muscles to relax as they go.
At the base of the spine change directions and move back upwards, repeat.

thanks guys... i am amazed that my back didn't lay me up for days. i do know better than to move heavy stuff, but my determination doesn't know any better!

i'm goning to take it slow on moving the rest of the stuff, no use killing myself while doing it.

one day, i'd truly love to get a great massage!
