Dilemma

I don't know why I find myself with such dilemmas. Maybe it's cause I'm too sweet, or something

I've been online friends with 2 guys for a few years now... I'll call them Lou & Joe. This is how it went down:

Day One... I talk to Joe, catch up on how he is, how his family is & what he has been doing, etc. He says he & his family are doing fine & he's been busy. No sweat! We chat, & he tells me some things about his wife, how exciting their relationship is becoming. They have an open relationship & she dates other guys. I asked him if he dated other females or if they went as a couple, he said he has seen other ladies & as of yet, they haven't been with another person as a couple. I ask him if he ever talks to Lou anymore, since we all used to frequent the same chat room. He says no, he hasn't talked to him in ages, but his wife has the hots for Lou & if he didn't live in another state, she'd love to take him to bed.

Day Two... Lou messages me. He said he heard some gossip. Oh how he hates gossip & rumors, the he said, she said rumors. He even had second thoughts about telling me, but since he is a good friend of mine, Lou goes on to say Joe told someone who told Lou that I told Joe that Lou was saying bad things about Joe's wife. I don't know where this all started, but it's so not true. Lou asked me not to say anything to Joe or to Joe's wife & I said I would have to think about it.

Someone is lying here & I can't figure it out. I don't know if I should confront Joe and ask him what the hell is going on? Why would Joe say I said things I didn't? Is he jealous that I talk to Lou? If Joe didn't say any of this, why would Lou make something up like this to tell me? Maybe I'll never get to the truth. I feel violated by one of these guys who I thought was a good friend. The more I think about it, the more I want to get them both in a room & find out what the hell is going on. What would you do?

kiss XoXo

well candy from my experiences in chat rooms i can tell you that maybe neither of these men are at fault. i don't know how many times i have had someone in a chat room, who comes in, in the middle of a conversation and then spreads what they think is an accurate account of what was said. then it just ends up completely wrong, with someone to blame who usually did nothing but talk to a friend. hopefully neither of these men lied to or about you. from you pics and your comments, (which i have really come to enjoy) i truely think you are a good person, who as you said may have been just to nice. have a good one )

SUCH DRAMA....something we can all do without. Do what you feel is needed so they understand you don't give that much of a shit about their problems.
