Addiction to the blogs...

So, I'm sick as a dog today. Woke up with a migraine and have spent the better part of the morning in the bathroom or hidden in my dark little lightless cave of an office, my head packed with ice...

And I simply can't help myself. I'm in the blogs! Suffering from the intensity of light from this monitor, pecking away like there's not a care in the world.

Now if I can just kick this headache, I might just take some time to rip out a few more self pics. I am, afterall, quite alone until this evening

Requests? Suggestions? I got yours Bunny... unless you've got anything else to recommend

As Queen of Migraines, I can attest that reaching climax does work. Hmmm... I feel a migraine coming on....

humboldthonni - I've actually heard that certain spectrums of light improve one's health and well being. That the theta bands (green light wavelengths in the 4 - 8 Hz range) benifit deep meditation, idea flow and imagination... But that alpha (yellow light in the 9 - 13 Hz range) work to improve relaxation, introspection and day dreaming.

Both being extremely helpful dealing with pain relief...

pretty_blue_eyes - And you've not let the world know of the fantastic healing properties? Never volunteered to aid others in applying this wisdom!!??

Do like I did. Go outside and enjoy the sunlight! Visit friends, play cards, read books, take a trip, go fishing...whatever it takes to get off the damn puter!

Go outside and enjoy the sunlight... lets see, 98-104 F outside. HOTTTT

Precious few friends within 10 minute drive... Most are in Utah, Northern VA, Oregon... And right here.

Play cards... yep solataire. Not much fun alone. Reading a stack of books right now. Take enough trips to keep a small country occupied, Closest fishing hole is up on Palomar Mountain - like an hour and a half away...

Listen to me. Just like an addict... Still in denial!

Thanks for the suggestions anyway Keith!

Try a good massage and some hot tea. I can refer you to a good one.

P.S. thank you for your comment earlier in my blogs. That was cool what you said and I appreciate it! Thanks!

Hiya wetnwild - I'll definitely do the message thing. And oddly enough, huddling over anything steamy for a while helps. Doc says it's sinus blockage aggrevated by stress. One of these days, I'm gonna have to get that fixed. Just not ready to have em bore a hole in my skull

I'm on that self discovery road-trip too... Have you had your starchart done yet? I had two done and a numerology reading. It was pretty accurate and is a wonderful baseline tool. Gives you a great insight to your personality and helps immeasurably in helping one figure out why one tends to do the things one always seem to habitualy do. And I'm guessing, from your birthdate being so close to mine that you're probably prone to the same habits I am... Probably have a Scorpio rising sign too. just like me.

Your welcome. Any help I can give a kindred spirit!
