Road Trip therapy

For my boyfriend and me, nothing beats a good road trip. This weekend, we went to Vermont and New Hampshire, and we had a wonderful time. It really helped to get away for a little while. We stayed at a cute little motel, and went to an uexpectedly nice little restaurant in Bennington VT called Lulu's. The food was soooo yummy. It was nice to see my boyfriend really laugh and have a good time again. We did interrupt the gaity for a hour long crying fest in the car and lengthy and in depth discussion about everything that happened, but I definitely feel like we're making progress toward a happy and bright future together. We've been really communicating with each other in very important ways, and I have been so much more open and expressive of my feelings. Even though so many bad things happened, I'm glad that some small good has come out of all this. Not that being able to talk to him is worth him not being able to trust me. But I'm working hard to prove to him that he is important to me and deserving of all the love I plan on bestowing upon him.
