How long were you active on AFF before you met 4 sex?

I asked this question in the magazine and got 1182 views in 18 hours. About 10% remarked on the question. Answers ranged from 24 hours to 3 years to not yet. I am trying to establish what is a differentiating factor. Is it they way the profile is set up , is it the photos, is it activity?

If it is activity, What tipe of activity? Blogging? Groups? Articles?

Or is it member status? Is it winking? Is it personality?

Once I have investigated all these questions, I plan to publish the results in the magazine.

If you have any suggestions or questions, it would be greatly appreciated.

I met my first friend here after around two weeks.
Gold membership helps alot as it allows you to do so much more than standard membership.
The main thing that you want to do is be honest. Upfront without games. Tell it like it is. Say what you are looking for in your profile. Show detail. It shows there is more to you than just a quick profile. Give them some insight into your personality within that profile. Don't be pushy. Being pushy is a big turn off.
Don't bug the crap out of them. That shows you have no regulary have no luck with women and seem to be scrambling for someone.
Play hard to get but not so hard they loose desire.
Don't write them saying you want to F them everyway thru sunday.
Show some class. Alot of people scare easy when it's a hard first advance in contact.
Reccomend (Be the first) to meet somewhere in public for lunch or some drinks after you have chatted to her awhile.
Show your soul. Be upfront and casual.
When you send that first letter of breaking the ice add her to your hotlist and also send a wink. It shows you have noticed her.
Let her contact you next after you write that letter.
Because writing again brings up the topic of pushing things too hard and looking lame.
If she writes back then it's great. If not accept fate and move on.
Theres someone else out there. Trust me on this. I have alot of testimonials. I seem to be doing something right.
