Playing Games and Being Serious

Are we alone in that we seem to be faced with an issue:

So many couples are "interested" up to a point and then they just disappear. Or they aren't really serious. Its simple, we are serious.

We don't like pressure or force but we do want everything to be out in the open. We've met so many nice couples that we liked that just.. disappeared suddenly.

"Oh, we are interested." "We loved you guys, you're so great. Soon, we promise." etc....

I can understand life but then getting to the point where they either block you or just ignore you when you try to IM, e-mail, and even call them is ridicilous. We don't call much but we do like to chat online.

There is only one couple so far that we have met that's been serious and we haven't seen them recently due to time nad children but we miss 'em nad hope that things will go furtehr the next time.

So, I guess what I am saying is, state up front and always be honest. We screwed up with the first couple we met. We liked them but we brought the kid. I was so embarassed. I just wish there were second chances.

Many like the fantasy but are afraid to get naked in reality and really swing. Try a club where real swingers go. Watch first and join in later.

We didn't do any swinging until our early 40s and we joined several local swingers groups through various sites. Meet and greets are usually the best way to meet people that are serious about the lifestyle.

What exactly is a meet and greet?

Meet n Greet is that "first date" for dinner/lunch/drinks....

Sometimes folks just get wrapped up in other stuff that happens and they can't get unwrapped very quickly . We took a 3 month hiatus this summer due to work and then the past 3 or 4 weeks have been filled with the joys of having 5 kids in 4 different schools, 2 businesses that are growing faster then we wanted (hard to feel sorry forus on that one), a house that is need of rebuilding (our ceiling fell in our kitchen not too long ago from the kids leaving a sink running upstairs), and...... well it's a laundry list.

Hang in there... something will pan out
