Healing Weekend

Well this weekend I finally got a chance to recover from tendonitis in my Achilles Heel from doing all those damn aerobics...I can do an hour of aerobics but I can't seem to run more than a few blocks at a time. That is odd how some muscles work on certain parts of the body and others do not..I would think that because I do have some stamina and edurance with aerobic exercise I should be a pretty good runner by now but NOT...maybe I should hire a presonal trainer or a running coach to help me with this goal.

Hi Blkpus4whtdk (jeez, what a handful to have to type!)

You could save yourself a fortune by getting a book called The Inner Game of Tennis and apply it to your running.

You'll find you run far better with no injuries.

speaking as a physical therapist....running is very hard on your body....it is considered high impact...takes time to get over it..let me know if you want a treatment,,,

Alchemist....how does the tennis game help with running...my tendons are still sore but I haven't stopped with class..just don't add the steps..as much
