Goddess smiles--

Today, my best bet is to just ignore the world at large and focus on light-hearted and pleasant things. All of this war-mongering and god-talk really wears on a person. Seems far fewer atrocities are committed in the name of Goddess. This is the weekend, I bow down to worship Goddess and ask that She smile upon me.

It's still cold here, but it should get near seventy degrees here...I will be going out and about to seek adventure and I'll damned sure have a good time with it!!!

we just really don't know what atrocities were committed in the name of goddesses; LOL! i actually really don't like the assumption that women are somehow better people -- not in my experience ---> people are people warts and all.

You're correct that people are people and good/bad is evenly distributed between genders. There has just been so much ownership of women, for so long, and so much patriarchal thinking all across the globe...
Even here in South Dakota, you see so many women "minding" their husbands. My mom and dad divorced when I was 6...the men that came in and out of our lives has undoubtedly tainted my perspective and clouded my judgment, but the result is that I way prefer the company of women.
Maybe the next crusade or inquisition will be fought in the name of Goddess...it will be interesting to observe and make note of any discernable differences. In the face of eternity, there is absolutely no doubt that horrendous wars are being fought and countless atrocities being committed in the name of Goddess. So, Freelove999--you have exposed an error in my logic--I stand corrected!!!
It was soooooooooooo good to get this response this morning; am missing you while you're away and hope you're having on great weekend!!!
