Will Monday be successful?

Will Monday be successful? This is today's question. I had problems getting on track with my weightloss plan. But so far so good today. Getting it together. Right frame of mind. Doing good.

My reward for losing the first 5 lbs will be to buy a new pair of shoes. And every 5 lbs after that.

I am a shoe-aholic. I admit it.

My final reward is a weekend at the beach. I have decided that I will lose 10 lbs by October 13. Anything over that is pure reward.

This way I can work toward something I really want. I stay stressed out. So I will be looking for new ways to destress. Accepting any and all ideas. Will share if I use it.

How about the Atkins AND 3x sex a day diets together! I might do that one!

I should try some sort of program. But, I lose weight at my job, so I think I'm on the right track, anyway.

NickRules: what work do you do?

My mom lost 80 (probably more now) in the past year. Her trick? She got a divorce (major stress reduction, and moved into a smoke-free environment). And a job. Started eating yogurt and green salads, no dressing. And her job is at a nursing home as a CNA... she's running all day, and sweating like crazy in the showers... She went from size 20 to size 12.
