Weight loss project for me :))

Ive decided to get in shape.Have a membership at the local gym.Trying to decide what diet to use.

These are the one's I've tried before and was semi successful with:

1. Atkin's bless his heart he took chocolate away from me. I was not happy.
Loss 30 lbs in 3 months. Gained it back in 1 mth.

2.South Beach. I felt like I was forcing my self to eat. 10 lbs 1 month. 2 weeks back again.

3. Oatmeal put on 10lbs.

4. 3xs a day sex diet. Made me hungry gained weight. ( Not a real diet, should be though)

Seriously, I think I will go back on Atkin's. I need to lose about 10-20 lbs. I would love to be back at 110-115. But thats a lot of work.

Suggestions welcomed.

Ive decided to go back to atkin's. Its the quickest way for me.
