Sticking 2 it....


I'm pushing hard to lose this weight. I've decided that Atkin's modified is the way to go. I am working out 1 hr. a day alternating programs. However i do my ABLounge at least 40-50 reps a day. Monday will tell if I am succeeding or not. I decided not to get on the scale every day or every other one. I just can't take it. To much pressure.

Modification of Atkin's:

No more than 2 slices of whole wheat bread accept no substitutes....

Very little red meat try more chicken, pork & seafood.

NO!!! Fried Foods. Period except bacon.
Fresh Fruits only. No can or presserved fruit. To much sugar.

Lots of salad at least 2 a day.
I recomend the club salad at Subway with bacon added.

Vegs any kind inluding beans & peas.

Lots of water.....

BE SURE TO EAT AT LEAST 6 TIMES A DAY!

Started at 150 lbs what will I be Monday?
