What does "Ample" mean?

One of the choices in describing your body is "ample". What does that mean?

There seems to be some confusion.

Some women with large breasts, but small elsewhere describe themselves as ample.

Other women clearly think ample means ample all over.

Is there the same problem with guy's profiles? I don't know because I rarely check out a guy's profile.

If you put ample in your cupid settings, you will get a bunch of matches that aren't really matches. What's a guy to do? lol

Hmmmm ... was this really worth being my first post? Probably not, but it's what must have been foremost in my mind at this moment.

I have a similar problem, with the terms average and athletic. Men and women both seem to have different views on what both is. A lot of women put average, when in my opinion are overweight. Men seem to put athletic, when they are overweight. Damn if I know.

Good points. Maybe AdultFriendFinder should put pictures and say ... if you are most like this, check here....

Myself, I put "average" to be modest, when I am clearly quite the stud ... *L*

I guess we play the game and take our chances.

I chose "ample" as a size 16/18 because I'm not "large," and "Zaftig" and "voluptuous" aren't options.

I do very clearly describe myself as a BBW in my profile proper, though I am not "large." I literally do have an hourglass shape about me. But I'm not average or athletic or "a few extra pounds," etc. and won't make that claim. I also have several current photos of myself fully-clothed, full body shots so that there can be no mistaking what I look like.

Honesty is the best policy, no matter what. For some men, size is not an issue. But for many, it is. I want no misunderstandings.

Zaftig? LOL ... that term gets a lot of use in Washington State, does it?

I agree that honest is the best policy, and I will err on the side of "less desireable" if there is any question. (And to anyone who just thought "How can he be any less desireable?" pppffftttt ... sticks tongue out at you)
