 Whats this going to acheive apart from more pointing of fingers and accusations.Who appointed you? how can you be fair and even handed?

Isnt this just giving the people who cause the trouble the recognition they want.

 We are self appointed. We are the members with the most experience at handling a problem and we have the right contacts to ensure the problem gets taken care of as soon as possible. This gives noone recognition, it instead has them directly removed BEFORE thaey can cause more trouble. That is the purpose. Not to fuel a conflict, but to resolve it.
