 I kept a log last year for how any times I masturbated, ended with 311 times. that averages to just about 6 times per week. I just wish I had a girlfriend to turn all this sexual energy towards.

 I am 62, and still masterbate at least 3 times a week. It relies tension at times, but my doctor talkes about what keeps the prostate working and he says to masterbate
