So it's my first blog.........

So I've just started this about 2 weeks now...I must say it's pretty exciting! Some of you women really got it going on! Anyway right now I'm just shedding some weight well tryin to. I've lost 20 lbs. so I'm pretty close to my ideal weight. Now I'm just tryin lean it out a few pounds more then I can start to gain mass. Still don't wanna be over 185 lbs. Right now I'm at 181.....wanna reach 175 but it's taking a LONG while. The weight I'm not so worried's my body fat percentage. Haven't done that (using the caliper to check mybody fat percentage) in a while but I have been slackin these past couple a weeks..... I've seen some of you with nice abs......thanks for the motivation! Pics are on the way.......

Welcome to Blogville, I wish you well in your stay. As for working on trimming down, I am told that eating a little less per day helps. It takes a lot of motivation to work at loosing it all. You have my sincere best wishes with your goals.
