lazy sunday nothing interesting

I'm sitting here surveying the wreckage that was my life.

I went to lunch with my ex today, a nice simple Korean restaurant, its one used to go to all the time. We skirted around the topic for a while talking about the week that was. I laughed at the names her girl friends are calling me.

I was going to write more but I don’t know the words yet.

Franji has been hassling me to write 6 strange facts about me, I'm not going to tag anyone but I will give Franji her wish

1. I have matching scars on both eyebrows (lucky hey)
2. I hate my name being abbreviated
3. Sailing is me, its my life, I’ve been racing since I was 8 and have competed up to a world championship level.
4. I'm the shortest in my family and the oldest
5. I call my family the Brady Bunch (8 of us in total from different marriages)
6. i have the worst memory in the world! My short term memory is useless, must have abused it too much when I was a kid

I'll see your Brady Bunch and raise you one.

1 half brother (via Dad)
1 half sister (via Mum)
2 steps sisters (via Dad)
2 step brothers and one step sister (via Mum)
Mum and dad both married and dicorced twice. I'm not even counting Dads currents partners kids in the equation!!

No wonder I get confused sometimes!!

Thanks for sharing,

Frangi x

My family more resembles the 'Yours, Mine, and Ours' ... Mom had her first son by a man killed in WWII, then had five children, met and married my Dad, who had four kids from his first marriage, together they had me and my younger sister.

So that makes ... TWELVE !!!

One of these days I will have to write about the hell I went through when Mom died. We aren't much of a family ... not sure we ever were.
