There's always chocolate in our central business office. Usually Dove, Hershey and always M&M's.  I don't worry about the candy at all. I worry more about the dude's hands in the restaurant kitchen and the quality of meat in my cheeseburger! Be good!

You have to be soooo careful what you put in your mouth. Or what you let enter your body. I have just carefully washed a part of me and it is scrupulously clean. No melamine whatsoever. May contain nuts though!!

It makes you a big bit sceptical doesn't it. I remember Argentinian corn beef killing off many UK folks in the sixties. It took years for it to get back on the market. I really don't like the idea of things I've been munching on for about a hundred years or so all of a sudden being made on a planet where there is not any control over what type of Tribbles they are throwing into my favorite munchies!!! What the hell!!! Is nothing sacred???  If I find a Kitty with a plastic clit, that is it, I am calling my buddy Jack Kevorkian.......

it makes ya think but then, the honest truth is. ...almost everything we eat has the possibility of being tainted unless it's from the ground in your yard and you KNOW what it's been exposed to . ...so . ..being careful without paranoid? but it's hard not to be paranoid!!! happiness is a state of mind .......

Hello Mermaid!! If every time a scare of food comes around,i really don't worry too much!! I don't think anything will ever scare me enough NOT to eat my m&m's!!! I remember when the scare of mercury was in canned tuna fish...I kept eating my bumble bee!! Thanks for the post my friend!! I do worry about the concern of children being harmed though!! I don't eat candy or cake, or anything with sugar or artifical sweeteners in it. But for those of you who do, this just shows how our Government has broken down during the past 8 years....I was furious about the melamine that was in pet food and killed countless cats in the U.S. and sickened and killed some dogs... Do you remember when that went down? It was a couple of years ago...I cherish my animals...When I leave for town or Walmart or anywhere I'll be gone for awhile, I tell my dogs if burglars break in, for them to run into the desert and hide.... I'm sure a lot of you think I whistling in the wind..Believe me, dogs who are with you 24/7 from the time they were first born, know pretty much everything you say to them...

Since the Pet food thing. I have been on a "NOT", for everything,"made in china" i am pretty careful on packaged food as it is Suposed to have "Product of" lables. I bought some "babyclams in oil from a local market, found they were a "Product of china", & returned them for a full refund. I just found out my oil & air filters are made in china too. Pencils that you can't sharpen, everything that is substandard it seems is made in china. I bought some chalk the other day, & on the inside of the box, it said made china. Sooo I guess someone figured out we don't want made china shit, & they are marking it in places we don't normally look. Wonder if they are in the condum business too?? If they are, I will become an "Autosexual" roflmao
