I got a question for ya....are ya ready...should be an ez one. When i first started on this site(over 3 years ago) i was rewarded for doing certain things like being more active on the site. I'm refering to the points system. I'm pretty sure i've done everything i wanna do,including being a paying member for more time than i've been a non-paying member, but there isn't anyway for me to earn more "points" to get my profile noticed more ect...i could "pay" for points...but hell,i pay for the site already  Do you see my dilema/question here? When i was a newbie here and did certain things to support and become more active in the site i was rewarded...now after 3 years....nuttin' no chance to earn points anymore.............i'm just sayin'

The Mailbox....I would love to see an option to make the message "unread" as in my regular email. Sometimes I don't have time to give a quality answer at the time that I read it and want to come back to it later....this simple option keeps the message active until I have the time to answer it properly.

Ryan, On myspace you have the option to allow other to see that your online or you can turn off that feature. Is Adult FriendFinder planning on doing something similar? Sometime I want to check my messages with out having everyone know I'm online. It gets pretty annoying sometimes. I think turning your profile on & off is a pretty lame way to go stealth!

Ryan, We would like to thank you for you immediate response to our dilemma regarding taking over the moderation of two local groups. However, we are having a few difficulties we hope you can help us with. 1. When we go to the groups, there is a 'message' at the top of the page next to the room name that says pending. Does this mean that our status is still pending? Or is that the groups are pending and sitting somewhere in limbo? The reason we ask is because after noticing that absolutely NO one has posted or viewed in the groups in over two weeks, we did a search and they are nowhere to be found. They don't show up anywhere and we asked a few friends to look for them and they couldn't locate them in the main group directory or anywhere else either. 2. We don't see any function that allows us to delete old or inappropraite posts. We are able to delete responses, but not the original post itself. We were hoping to clean the message boards up a bit and get rid of the 'crap'. 3. In addition, we also couldn't find any way to delete MIA members that have been inactive or have dead profiles. 4. Is there anyway we can send out a 'mass' email to the current members to let them know the group is under new management, or any other pertinent information we feel they should know about 'their' group? As Moderators, what CAN we do and not do as far as setting up and cleaning out the groups? We have been unable to find any information related to this. It's a feature improvement that is on the list. Not much help to what you want to do. Let me know about the "pending" and I'll let you know about deleting an entire group post.

 I have to highlight some details before the suggestion~~~ I see that several cammer's play music with their cam.I've noticed that some players will freeze the pic and cause the music to break up real bad and stop the 'pager' from working. This is obvious as when the player is turned off the cam logged onto starts working and when the player is turned back on the cam acts up again.And I've seen a few that didn't have it on one day,with no problems.And the next time with music and be a total mess. ARE there site/system requirements here as to what players will work or not work...Or is this an internal glitch,for once I don't think it is internal,as I've seen the on/off pattern several times,it does appear to be the cammer's system causing this... 1)can the "site techies" investigate this? 2)Can cam/player info related to this be placed where cammer's are aware of the problem WAIT~~~Call me a doctor! Yes, I see this alot as a blogger. Counts go up,they fall back down.I admit it's strange,but it's happening. Also, I understand about the kudos goes up and down,daily but as of today ...Im not setting the kudos list on fire, but I have 632 kudos,Im totally skipped over,this has been happening for sometime now. This is my 2 cents.. allow all men/women to view the all profiles,maybe let them see 2 photos of the member .Then if they choose to send a email,blog write a testimonial,chat rm.,then time upgrade... Plus something needs to be enforced on people just emailing each other,if they notice someone has a blog. Im not speaking of emailing the blogger, they use it as free email? That gets annoying to find on your personal blog. Help please! or With the first three items, you will essentially drive away nearly all the standards members. Some might upgrade, some would if the site worked better and others won't for a variety of reasons. The sheer numbers of standard members is what makes this one of the largest sites of its kind. You get rid of standards and you will lose a lot of paying members, like me for sure. I wouldn't have nearly all the friends I do, the activity on my blog, the folks to talk to or the guys to sift through looking for a partner. I don't disagree that there needs to be a review of which standard member privileges are better for the site and its members, but limiting them that much would be highly detrimental to everyone. As for the private message post. I think that's what you were primarily referring to. I have a separate post and standard members can always leave me a message there. I do get the odd one or so members leaving personal messages on my other blog posts, but I simply respond accordingly or delete. Some ban. That's the beauty of being the blog owner. It's mine to run as I see fit within the TOU. It gets aggravating having idiots posting stupid crap on my blog, but that's the price I pay for having my blog open to all members. I'm willing to pay that price for the freedom of having all members access my blog. Personally, I'm not going to dictate to anyone else how they run their blog either. Everyone has the freedom to use the settings of their blog in general and the settings in any given post to determine who can comment on their blog and who can even see their blog. If I did not understand the gist of your comment, please clarify.

Please either do away with kudos sharing or correct and update it please. If you view todays kudos they skip from the last number of 671 fist page .....> to 2nd page starting with 627??? Why can't this be corrected? Also, numbers are changing in the blog depts too.One time I view it Im 400 something,next time I look,Im back down to 300 something ..Others are changing too as well,bty.. ty for correcting some of us as beng men on the blog.. SUGGESTION - Hire someone in "Customer Service" who knows what the hell they are doing! We have emailed several times - NEVER got so much as a Fuck Off in return. Spoke to a live person in CS and, after having to explain the situation in details more than 5 times, I was put on hold for 17 damned minutes ... only to get a response that Adult FriendFinder is experiencing a 'glitch' and to gice it two weeks to be corrected! C'mon! It has been FIVE weeks and still absolutely NOTHING! The bullshit of it all is that we were originally contacted via email here by the Adult FriendFinder TEAM to inform us we were selected to take over the Moderator position of two local groups we are active in because the current moderator stepped down. We followed the directions to Settings, where we were supposed to be able to update the group info, add our pics as Moderator, and revive the groups. We were sent to the "Join Now" page repeatedly! Unfortunately, the two groups, which were once very active, are slowly fading into the background because there is no moderator to keep the alive. Why is Adult FriendFinder so neglectful? Why can't they resolve simple issues? Why is their standard response, "It's a glitch"? We belong to several similar sites and have NEVER had the issues with them that we have experienced here. ANSWER YOUR EMAILS! and HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN ACTUALLY SUPPORT YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Issue with the IMC~~~ There are "members" that have multiple handles that are over running the IMC. One~ The 'member' below has handles through out the U.S. This 'person' happens to be on my friends list.ANYTIME a handle that this "member" has is on the IMC it will show as 'friend' on there.The actual "last visit" for this member is showing as 'over a month' IF you page this 'friend' the box opens instantly and states Xhas entered the chat room.NO reply is ever recieved.If I send another message to the chat room~immedately it shows 'member has entered the chat room' TWO~ABUSE TEAM is SLOW if at all to remove offensive cams on Sundays!!! I have two complaints/suggestions! 1) I have emailed customer service twice now (July 1 and then again July 3) regarding my missing silver ball. It is not showing on my blog or on any of the comments I leave on other blogs. I have had absolutely NO response from customer service and the problem still has not been rectified. Reading some of the other comments left here I am not the member whose emails are going unanswered. I find this unacceptable especially since I am a paying member. I would like that glitch rectified. 2) This policy about us not being able to post pictures of our pets is ridiculous and I would like to request that it be lifted. I fully understand the policy on bestiality pics and support that but come on really what is the harm in members posting pics of their beloved pets? Just as sure as some members like to post blogs about the sexual exploits so do we like to share stories about our pets. There is nothing at all wrong with posting an innocent picture of a adorable family pet with our blogging buddies. Surely to god if you have people that are approving the pics posted on the site they are able to tell the difference between a innocent pet picture to that of a an animal being mistreated. Why is it when you block someone(on the block member page) & you block them from sending emails & flirts & chat, they can still contact you on the IM? The IM is chat isn't it? OR is it only the Adult FriendFinder chat & not the stand alone chat that it works on? Would be nice that if you block someone, it's blocked all over. Thanks. I have a suggestion, Follow through with what your site says standard members get. You allude to the fact that all members will have some ability to read profiles and contact others, even a small set amount per day. I had no abilities, not to read profiles, contact premium members that had contacted me, flirt, nothing but post replies to blogs. I wrote an email a couple days ago in here, and amazingly I had some privileges. About 8 hours ago, I lost all those privileges again. This site is getting more and more about bullshit. Lol, I seriously have to wonder if a premium membership would be worth it.

Ok, I heard from a gold member that I watch that Adult FriendFinder considers ALL animal pictures to be un-usable. What the HELL is that crap about? This particular blogger that I watch lives in an area where he is fortunate to have wild life in his back yard, and it is a TREAT to get to see pictures of cranes, turtles, skunks, owls, ferret (he has a pet ferret), and other wild life. It has nothing to do with beastiality and whomever is in charge of the editing should get their dirty mind out of the gutter!! IF some creep posts a nasty pic of sex with animals, ban them, kick them off the site, do what you have to do! But to give crap to members who PAY (a lot) who have pets or access to animals that the rest of us never get to see is BULLSHIT. One blogger here wanted to show pics of his new puppies, and you twits did the same crap to him. This is garbage, because some of us LOVE animals and not in a filthy way, but as interesting blog matter and interest between people. STOP THE UNJUST BANNING OF NON-SEXUAL animal PICTURES. What would be nice to have available to mobile users that would 'encourage' me to be a paying member again: 1. Have access, on the mobile, to view my "Who's viewed me list" 2. Have access, on the mobile, to view my "who's flirted with me list" 3. Have access, on the mobile, to view "who's online in MY area" ONLY and not the whole world!  1) Please fix the glitch that occurs when a post is edited that causes it to show "member deleted post" when the member is trying his/her best to get it to post. I know that it is a problem with Windows Vista, but more and more people are upgrading everyday so the problem is snowballing. 2) Please correct the Actively Watched Male Blogs list to show only males!  3) Please fix the main page so that it reflects current accurate information. We have lost two wonderful bloggers lately. Ladies who have given to this site on unlimited levels. MZhunyhole &  They are missed by MANY of us!!! I can't help but wonder if all of the issues that we encounter when simply trying to post & respond to friends had some influence on their decisions to take a break. It is frustrating to say the least!  I love Adult FriendFinder, but we should be able to spend more time blogging opposed to complaining. Hey Earthy, I sent you an email yesterday on this. Thanks for the heads up. I just recreated it with my own account. Seems that hiding Kudos is resulting in one really messed up page. I've got it bugged and it's being worked on. Here's the bug number IACT-168. Good thing is when you log off and log back in things return to normal. I think that hiding Kudos is serving up some bad info, but your profile isn't really off. Thanks again for sending this to me. It's a nasty looking one for sure. I won'der can you tell a DumFok'er why it is that on the main blog page that under the section for "Active Male blogs" that there is an exact duplicate list of the "Active Blogs list" above it that has all the females listed??? You're killin' me here man Won The Active Blogs (by unique responses) and Active Male Blogs are mirroring each other. I've sent it along to our lead developer. How long has it been doing this? I'll admit I noticed it yesterday but thought it was just my eyes being tired of looking at a glowing rectangle all day.

Hi, I posted this in June with no response so trying again. Having been a member since 2004 my main complaint is the overwhelmingly large amount of fake profiles you allow on your site. Your rules stipulate that you cannot post contact email addresses in your profile yet you allow people to do it, and these are spammers, each and every one of them. And if they do not post their email addresses in their profile they write in their profile to send them your email address which is also a no no I believe. And if you respond to them they send you their contact information right away which is also against your rules. Curious why you allow this? And if I go to my new member matches section, out of 20 profiles at least 19 of them are fake. Easy to recognize them. Have you considered giving members email credits or points if they contact a spammer unknowingly and eventually report them. If you fix this problem I believe you will have more paying members. Just my two cents. I do love your site though It's part of the problem with having a site with free registration. Understand that we are the biggest adult site in the world. We get billions of hits a month and are one of the top 50 sites on the web almost every month. How many fakes do we delete a day? Our customer service team deletes 5000+ fake accounts every day. That's at least 150,000 accounts a month. Sometimes it's much more. How do we delete fakes? We catch the low hanging rotten apples when they sign up. The ones we miss are the ones you see. We also rely on you to tell us who is a fake. Why do you miss so many? We keep a close eye on traffic coming into our site. If you hit us hard with bots, we know. The smaller ones we miss. It's very hard for us to spot fake pics and profiles. Our customer service team doesn't know all the porn stars, or even all the hot girls on google image search. Why are we such jerks when it comes to following up with you? You report something, then never hear back from us right? It's not because we don't want to tell you. We tag and bag every bad account. We know exactly why we disabled them. The reason we don’t provide a summary of our actions taken with a complaint has to do with protecting the privacy of our members. I think you'll find this is very common on most big websites. Why don't you tell me when my emails aren't delivered? If we told you why, you damn spammer, you would know how to tweak your bot to go around us. We lay out the rules up front, but don't tell you which rule you broke. We miss a few, and we block honest emails sometimes. You can always contact customer service and find out why a message was delivered to your bulk email folder. Can you just block IP addresses? We do, in very rare cases. It's just not an effective way of blocking someone anymore. IP addresses are as easy to change as your socks.

I just happened to run across this on the "Report a New Bug Here" post: Quoting community: I've got a bug to report today. If you Hide or Show you Kudos, you are going to get a nasty error page. This error page is going to say you are a standard member (if you were premium before), your profile has been turned off, and other interesting errors. Don't sweat it. It's not really doing any of those things. It is just an error page. If you press Back on your browser or logoff then log back in, nothing in your profile will be affected. My comment: So, Ryan, why is it I have to find the answer (of sorts) to my bug report here and yet not one reply from your "Mr. Potter?" Would I have even learned this if I hadn't just happened to come over to this post? Not even a reply from the surly Mr. Potter. It's no wonder this place is sinking like a rusted and rotten ship. Hmmmm... looks like someone's been getting into your backend. And not in a good way, I might add. I received two emails today at the email address I use for my subscription here. Of course I deleted them into my spam folder. Both were written in very poor English and had photos of women. Maybe they think I'm a man... sigh. Ryan, on June 29th I sent an email to c/s advising that I was having a problems with my profile and kudos. I have not received a response from them yet. It appeared to me as those I had kudos turned off, but the number looked as though it had gone up. I clicked on kudos and got a screen that said my profile was currently off, that I was a standard member, and the profile was completely blank. I also stated that I had date and time stamped screen shots for them to see. Unfortunately, an email sent to c/s on this site does not allow for attachments. I only learned from Nassy last night about the Site Support profile. I was unable to attach a copy of the screen shot, even as a .jpg to the message to the Site Support profile. As a gold member, I expected to have a response within 24 hours as stated on the c/s contact page. Normally, if I have an issue I have a response within a few hours. I haven't tried posting the bugs we've been having on this blog yet, so I'm going to give it a try. Some of these have been on going for over a year. I've reported them to CS, on SS Blog, to Tier2, and a couple of the higher up guys. I know some of those that I've told have tried, and some of the other bugs, reported with these, have been fixed. But I guess I'm greedy. I want them all fixed. Please, Ryan, will you give it a try. There are others, but these are the main ones. Thanks#61211 - Can't add bling to messages other than from page 1 of my blings. #58260 - Intro videos are not right. The voted # on the ones listed as the Hottest Member Videos are not the same as the # voted on the video itself, when you view it. Charlie took screen shots of this one the other night. This bug has been like this since April of 2008, when they changed the format for showing the intro videos. #61178 - On IE if you add a bling to the message, it will only show up at the bottom of the message, not where you want it in the content of the message. Should be screen shots of this one too. I don't have a bug # for the rest of these. 1. Cams are still shutting down for no reason. We will be on cam and all of a sudden, for no reason our broadcast will just go off, and we have to rebroadcast our cam. 2. When we are watching cams, they will go off without the broadcasters shutting it off. 3. Sound on the cams is screwed up. Sometimes the sound comes on when it doesn't have a volume button, and you can't shut it off, or turn it down. Sometimes the volume button is there, but there's no sound. This happens randomly, no rhyme or reason to it. 4. Chat room #'s of members chatting, are different on the outside of room than when you get in the room. It may show, say, 8 members chatting. When you go into the room, there is really, say 15 people in there chatting. Sometimes it doesn't show anyone in the room chatting, but when you go into the room, there will be people in there. It happens in our, [group 1307113], chat room all the time. It also happens in other chat rooms too. Another one I can name is D4's Pub There are other problems with our chat room too. The post body of the chat room also shows up on the top, where you should be able to make a post. Also on the side where the members in the room should show up. 5. Most Networked members link on our network page, is missing all the info about the people on the list. No name, # of views, miles away, how many in their network. It's all blank. 6. Most Inviting Members link on our network page. Same problem as above. I guess that's about it for now. Please let me know if any of these things will be fixed when they do the next fix on July 7th. Suggestion: Stop trying to scam the legitimate members of this site by running your paycam advertisements on the member webcams disguised as actual members. It's absolutely impossible for the support staff to be so completely blind and incompetent as to allow the nonstop 24hr a day advertisements even when they are reported repeatedly. Its obvious they're just another source of income for the site. I've been a member of this site for over 5 years and in that time I've reported well over fifty thousand paycam scams. Yes that's an actual number and it's actually conservative since I know I report over one thousand of your scams every month(I've counted). They've only gotten worse in my time here.
