 Caught a meeting down on the point tonight. It's not hard to find a meeting. They are everywhere. It's just that this is the place where it all started for me, my drinking and drugging. And I have kept close to home the few times I've been back. Not venturing into town or out to clubs at all. But tonight I was really restless and decided to at least look up the meetings in town. Turns out there are several meetings not far from the house, one was just about to start. I rushed down to the community center on the point and got into the meeting just a few minutes late. I'm glad I made the effort. It did me a world of good Now I'm ready to pull briars all day tomorrow.
