New Favorite Song

I was on my way back home this morning from getting the grocery shopping done when I hear on the radio a new found song of mine by James Blunt, titled "You're Beautiful." I love this song, it brings me into that mellow, relaxed state of mind I cherish being in so much (no drugs required!) He has such a soft and gentle voice with just the right amount of raspy, masculine throatiness every now and then throughout the song. And those eyes! I've found myself lately pretty attracted to the dark hair with light eyes feature on men. In the past,I always loved the deep dark eyes. I found them so intense and powerful. But the light colored eyes and dark hair on a man, Im finding so mesmerizing and just too sweet and adorable. So here's this great new singer, with great looks (I love all that hair) with this great, sweet song about a girl that basically took his breath away, captivated his heart, and he knows he can never have because she's with someone else. I guess it's the hopeless romantic in me that also makes me like this song so much. But, here's the real point and reason for this blog.... "What the hell is the video about?" Am I the only one who doesnt get it? He's in the middle of the "North Pole" taking off his clothing, a piece at a time, he sits barefoot to clean out his pockets and line up all the items in front of him, and then jumps into the freezing water? Is it that he needs a cold shower because he cant get this girl off his mind and the fact that he will never be with her? Is there a hidden meaning Im not getting? Anyone has an opinion on its meaning?

Just wondering where you've been that this is considered a new song. It's been out for quite some time now. It's good but around here it's been played so damn much that it's about to start getting annoying.

Oh and yeah the video is interesting. I don't understand it but I'm not all that smrt.

That song has been around for awhile. It was good when I first heard it but like most songs, the radio stations are playing it so often that I'm beginning to hate it.

Not entirely sure what's up with the video.
