Plan Q

OK. I am signed up for classes at the college here.
I looked int bachelors and masters programs as well. A bachelors would take me twice as long and I cannot get financial aid (or at least not much) because I already have a bachelors. An accredited masters program would require moving again and getting letters from previous teachers. That was long enough ago that even if I can find them they probably don't remember me. So, my plan is to get an associates in accounting, work for a few years, then see about taking night classes to get an advanced degree. It seems like my best plan at this point.
I was able to get signed up for the summer two summer classes I need. I need these two now because of the sequential way the program is setup. getting these two taken care of before fall and with some transfer credits, I should be able to finish in the winter of 08, otherwise it would take until winter of 09. Plan Q is starting. (I passed plan B a long time ago.)
Now to see about getting a new computer... the notebook computer died. Actually, the monitor quit working. I can use it with an external monitor. I looked at getting it fixed. Medion is not generally supported in this country, and it is an old computer. The cost of fixing it is almost as much as a new desktop. I figure I am better off paying a little more to get a new machine than to fix the old one and risk it breaking down again. I will try to figure out what kind of set up I want before the 22nd, and get the computer by the first.
At his point I feel a sense of tension with all the changes in my life, as well as relief that I now have a course of action. I do not like the thought that I will be away from all my friends in Spokane for so long. Though, now I have a plan that can get me back home in time.

It has been over ten years since I was in school. That is a long time and a lot of students in between, not to mention the distance... Besides, I do not have the financial resources to apply to grad school right now.
I do appreciate your encouragement. Such encouragement is something that has been lacking in my life for a while. Thank you Sheeana.
